| Quake Live join the fun FREE |

Some of the Clan have started playing Quake Live.
If you haven't already go to http://quakelive.com
The game is FREE, and runs inside your web browser.
There have been reports of trouble with some web browsers, but mostly FireFox works well.
Go to the site, sign up and download the pluging, then take the training course.
It'll take about half an hour for all that, and then you can join in.

Welcome to our New Linux Server.
Everything should be working but if not, please post a message in the server forum.
What's new, well we are now back running Linux, and this should give us a few more options, to doing things on the server.
For one, we now have a ventrilo server running (only 8 users), same domain name, password is veggies.
In the next week or two, I'm going to add a system monitor, to keep track of how our maching runs.
I also want to replace the tsviewer, with one that doesn't need to contact a remote site.
And I want to add a couple of statistics pages for our clan mates.
Oh yeah, and maybe we can try getting our game server running again.
I'll keep you updated.

You must install the 1.4.1 client if you haven't installed it yet. It can be found here!
Please make a backup of your /Program Files/Ea Games/Battlefield2 directory before you install it, if you want to revert back for some reason. Other wise you will be doing a full re-install to get back.

Our TeamSpeak server IP has changed over to the new box. Please update you records. Everything is the same as before as far as logins are concerned. The IP is 72.232.137.27:8767
With the new setup, we will have the ability and horseypower to have multiple server applications running. If you come across anyone looking to rent their own server for a website or gameserver - or whatever - have them contact one of the Council Members.
We'll be updating the site with our gameserver info as soon as we get those running, We have our old box until Nov 28th, so those servers will be running till then.

We now have put up our POE server. Please download the client mod and join us.
The maps and game modes will be changed occasionaly.
You can find our server by pointing your game browser and search for "Roughage" in the name field. Make sure you have "ranked" server filter unchecked as this mod does not use EA/Dice ranking system.

All Roughage Riders' servers are Punkbuster enabled and we will not tolerate cheating punks. Free cam is on to spot the DirectX hackers.
